Robert Wares

Robert Wares – Executive Chairman

Mr. Wares is a professional geologist with over 35 years of experience in mineral exploration and development. He was responsible for the discovery of the Canadian Malartic bulk tonnage gold mine, which was subsequently developed by Osisko Mining Inc. into one of Canada’s largest gold producers. Among other awards, Mr. Wares was a co-winner of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada’s “Prospector of the Year Award” for 2007, and was named, together with John Burzynski and Sean Roosen as “Mining Men of the Year” for 2009 by the Northern Miner. Mr. Wares sits on the Board of Directors of Brunswick Exploration Inc. Mr. Wares has a Bachelor of Science and an Honorary Doctorate in Earth Sciences from McGill University.

Pierre Colas – Director

In January 2015, Mr. Colas joined the board of Brunswick Exploration Inc where he also serves as chair of the audit committee. Mr. Colas was the Vice President Investment Banking of Industrial Alliance Securities Inc. from 2010 to 2014 and Desjardins Securities Inc. from 2005 to 2010. Mr. Colas is retired from the securities industry, but has served on the board of various public companies in Canada and has occupied other senior roles over his 25 year career. Mr. Colas holds a diploma from College Jean de Brébeuf in Montreal and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University.

Jeff Hussey

Jeff Hussey – Director

Mr. Hussey, PGeo. has 32 years of professional experience in the mining industry and is President and COO of Osisko Metals. He has worked in both open pit and underground mine operations at various stages of mine life, from start-up to mine closure, and more recently, working in mineral exploration and development projects. He spent nineteen years with Noranda/Falconbridge. His mine operation experience includes work at the Brunswick No. 12 mine, Gaspé Copper mines, the Antamina mine start-up in Peru, as well as the Raglan mine in Northern Quebec. As Senior Scientist with the Mining Technology Group at the Noranda Technology Center in 2002, he enhanced his network into the metallurgical research and mining innovation fields. As a consultant since 2007, Jeff Hussey and Associates Inc. has helped junior mine development companies by offering exploration, mining and geo-metallurgical support services. These include Champion Iron Mines, Focus Graphite, Puma Exploration and Starcore International in Mexico. While at Champion Iron Mines, he participated in building significant high quality iron ore resources, completing feasibility studies and participating in raising more than $70 million for corporate development. While working with Focus Graphite, development responsibilities included a feasibility study and associated work with community stakeholders and governments. Mr. Hussey has a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of New Brunswick.

André Le Bel

André Le Bel – Director

André Le Bel has been appointed as Vice President of Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary of Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd in February 2015. From November 2007 to June 2014, Mr. Le Bel was Vice-President of Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary of Osisko Mining Corporation. Mr. Le Bel was Vice President Legal affairs with Iamgold Corporation from November 2006 to October 2007 and before November 2006, he was Senior Legal Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary of Cambior Inc. Mr. Le Bel is also a director and a member of the audit committee of Brunswick Exploration inc., Montreal-based mineral exploration company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. He is also Vice President of Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary of Falco Resources Ltd. and Corporate Secretary of Osisko Development Corp. Mr. Le Bel is responsible for overseeing legal aspects relating to mining investment opportunities and regulatory compliance. He holds Bachelor degrees from Université Laval (Applied Science) and Sherbrooke University (Law).

Amy Satov

Amy Satov – Director

Ms. Satov, B.A., LL.B., M.B.A.,is General Counsel, Balcan Plastics Inc. since March 2021, formerly SeniorLegal Counsel of Nuvei Technologies Corp. from April 2020 to March 2021. Ms.Satov currently serves as a director and chair of the corporate governance committee of Osisko Mining Inc., as a director and chair of the compensation committee of O3 Mining Inc., and director and chair of the corporate governance and compensation committee of Brunswick Exploration Inc. Formerly, Ms. Satov served as Chief Executive Officer of BL Solutions Inc., a national lighting distributor, from November 2019 to March 2020, a director and chair of the audit committee of Cannara Biotech Inc. up to January 2020, and Chief Executive Officer of Litron Distributors Ltd. up to March 2019. Prior to 2012, Ms. Satov was the Executive Vice President of Legal, Compliance and Distribution and Corporate Secretary of Dundee Wealth Inc., a wealth management company with $80billion of assets under management that was acquired by The Bank of Nova Scotiain 2011. Ms. Satov oversaw all legal and compliance matters, was actively involved in Dundee Wealth’s expansion into Europe and the U.S. and sat on various subsidiary boards. Ms. Satov advised on all M&A activities as well as securities, regulatory and other corporate commercial matters.

Mathieu Savard

Mathieu Savard – Director

A graduate of the Universite du Quebec a Montreal with a bachelor’s degree in earth sciences with over 20 years of experience in the mining industry, Mr. Mathieu Savard is currently President of Osisko Mining and served previously as Osisko’s senior vice-president, exploration. Prior to joining Osisko Mining in 2016, Mr. Savard was a senior member of the Osisko Exploration James Bay, Virginia Mines and Virginia Gold Mines teams. Mr. Savard was a key member of the Virginia team which received the Association de l’Exploration Miniere du Quebec Prospector of the Year Award in 2004 and the PDAC’s prestigious Bill Dennis Award in 2006 for the discovery of the Eleonore gold deposit, and, along with the Osisko Mining management and exploration team, received the AEMQ 2017 Discovery of the Year Award, for the discovery of the Lynx deposit at Windfall. Mr. Savard is a registered P.Geo. as a member of the Ordre des Géologues du Quebec. He has sat on the AEMQ Board of Directors since 2009, serving as chairman from 2019 to 2022.
