Robert Wares

Robert Wares – Chairman

Mr. Wares is a professional geologist with over 35 years of experience in mineral exploration and development. He was responsible for the discovery of the Canadian Malartic bulk tonnage gold mine, which was subsequently developed by Osisko Mining Inc. into one of Canada’s largest gold producers. Among other awards, Mr. Wares was a co-winner of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada’s “Prospector of the Year Award” for 2007, and was named, together with John Burzynski and Sean Roosen as “Mining Men of the Year” for 2009 by the Northern Miner. Mr. Wares sits on the Board of Directors of Brunswick Exploration Inc. Mr. Wares has a Bachelor of Science and an Honorary Doctorate in Earth Sciences from McGill University.

Isabelle Cadieux

Isabelle Cadieux – Director

Isabelle Cadieux has more than 35 years of experience in mineral exploration and financing in the mining sector. She last held the position of Managing Director – Investment at SIDEX, a Québec institutional fund that finances exploration companies active in Québec, where she served from 2001 until 2023. Her mineral exploration experience across Canada and abroad, includes positions with AGIP (1980-1983 in Saskatchewan), AREVA (1988-1992 in Québec, Ontario, and the Northwest Territories), and Channel Resources (1996-1999 in Burkina Faso) and covers a wide range of ore deposit types and mineral commodities, in particular gold, copper, and uranium. She holds an M.Sc. in Mineral Exploration (MINEX) from McGill University and a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of Ottawa. She sits on the board of Directors of Brunswick Exploration Inc. and Perseverance Metals Inc.
Isabelle Cadieux acted as President of the Ordre des géologues du Québec (OGQ) in 2008, sat on the Board of Directors from 2005 to 2010 and was Director of the Canadian Council of Professional Geoscientists from 2007 to 2011 where she represented the OGQ. Since 2019, she is President of the “Comité d’enquête à l’éthique”. From 2011 to 2016, she was a member of the Executive Committee of the UQAT-UQAM Chair in Mining Entrepreneurship. From 2018 to 2022, she represented SIDEX on the technical committee of the CONSOREM, a mineral exploration research consortium. Throughout her career, she has been involved in various sector-related organizations, among others the Québec Mineral Exploration Association (AEMQ), the Canadian Institute of Mines and Metallurgy (CIM), Minalliance and Mine d’Avenir.

Steven Bowles

Steven Bowles – Director

Steven Bowles has extensive experience in the Mining & Metals sector, encompassing private equity investment, project management, and operations management. He currently serves as Managing Director at Nebari Partners. Prior to this role, he held the position of Senior Director of Investment in natural resources and energy within Investment Quebec’s private equity group. Throughout his career, Steven has led development teams on numerous large-scale mining projects, guiding them from study phases to construction and commissioning in various regions, including the Canadian Arctic, the Middle East, and Latin America. He also served as Operations Manager for the Raglan Nickel Operation, which includes four underground mines. Steven holds an MBA from the Richard Ivy School of Business at Western University and a BSc Engineering from the University of Waterloo. He has been recognized for his outstanding leadership and was awarded the Bedford Canadian Young Mining Leaders Awards.

André Le Bel

André Le Bel – Director

André Le Bel has been appointed as Vice President of Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary of Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd in February 2015. From November 2007 to June 2014, Mr. Le Bel was Vice-President of Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary of Osisko Mining Corporation. Mr. Le Bel was Vice President Legal affairs with Iamgold Corporation from November 2006 to October 2007 and before November 2006, he was Senior Legal Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary of Cambior Inc. Mr. Le Bel is also a director and a member of the audit committee of Brunswick Exploration inc., Montreal-based mineral exploration company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. He is also Vice President of Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary of Falco Resources Ltd. and Corporate Secretary of Osisko Development Corp. Mr. Le Bel is responsible for overseeing legal aspects relating to mining investment opportunities and regulatory compliance. He holds Bachelor degrees from Université Laval (Applied Science) and Sherbrooke University (Law).

Amy Satov

Amy Satov – Director

Ms. Satov, B.A., LL.B., M.B.A., Corporate Director and independent legal consultant, is Lead Director and chair of the corporate governance and compensation committee of Brunswick Exploration Inc., and director and chair of the compensation committee of Osisko Metals Incorporated. Ms. Satov was General Counsel, Balcan Innovations Inc. from March 2021 until March 2025, and formerly Senior Legal Counsel of Nuvei Technologies Corp. from April 2020 to March 2021. Ms. Satov formerly served as a director and chair of the corporate governance committee of Osisko Mining Inc. until October 2025, and was formerly director, chair of the corporate governance and nominating committee and chair of the compensation committee of O3 Mining Inc. until March 2025. Formerly, Ms. Satov served as Chief Executive Officer of BL Solutions Inc., a national lighting distributor, from November 2019 to March 2020, a director and chair of the audit committee of Cannara Biotech Inc. up to January 2020, and Chief Executive Officer of Litron Distributors Ltd. up to March 2019. Prior to 2012, Ms. Satov was the Executive Vice President of Legal, Compliance and Distribution and Corporate Secretary of DundeeWealth Inc.
